Orders and Payments
To place an order, it is necessary to correctly complete the personal data.
Order confirmation is made by e-mail or phone.
Infinix Design may refuse an order in case of obvious errors or lack of stock, in which case the customer will be notified.
Payments may be made according to the methods displayed on the website.
Right of Withdrawal
According to the applicable legislation (Emergency Ordinance O.U.G. 34/2014), consumers benefit from a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract, without stating reasons and without incurring any costs other than delivery costs.
Products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear.
Refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice; however, Infinix Design may postpone the refund until the returned products are received.
Warranties
Products sold through the website benefit from the legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with Law 449/2003 and Government Ordinance O.G. 21/1992.

Limitation of Liability
Infinix Design is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website.
