Remain in this state for as long as it feels natural, gently exploring the purified inner space of awareness.

3. Return to Presence

Place both hands gently over your heart.

Take one deep, conscious breath.

Bow your head slightly — not to the artwork,
but to your own awakened mind, with gratitude.

Open your eyes slowly and fully.

Carry this clarity and inner stillness into your day.
