Place your hands gently on your lap, palms open upward in a gesture of receptivity, and close your eyes.

Take seven slow breaths.

With each inhale, receive subtle light.

With each exhale, release tension, identity, and thought

2. Meditation

Let your awareness rest and visualize the artwork clearly within your mind.

Begin chanting slowly seven times: Aaaaa…Uuuuu…Mmmmm…

Feel the vibration rise through your body.

Remain in that shared field of resonance.

Whisper the Mantra inwardly seven times:

Through stillness, I remember Spirit.

Through silence, I awaken to the Divine.

Through presence, I align with Oneness.

Remain in this state for as long as it feels natural, gently exploring the subtle inner field of awareness.

3.Return to Presence

Place both hands gently over your heart.

Take one deep, conscious breath.

Bow your head slightly — not to the artwork,

but to your own Spirit, with gratitude.

Open your eyes slowly and fully.

Carry the resonance with you.
