1. Preparing the Space

Cleanse the space in a way that feels natural to you — through breath, intention, incense, or silent prayer.

Sit or stand before the artwork in quiet presence. Soften the lights if you wish.

Place your hands gently on your lap, palms open upward in a gesture of receptivity, and close your eyes.

Take seven slow breaths:

With each inhale, receive ascending spiral light from the sacred mountain.
With each exhale, expand into spacious inner freedom.

Feel your spine as a living axis of pyramidal light — rising like the mountain within you.
Feel golden solar currents descending through your crown, meeting Earth’s strength in your core.

Sense yourself stable, ascending, and inwardly free.

Silently affirm:

I rise through Spirit.
I stand in sovereign presence.
Freedom awakens within me.

2. Meditation

Allow your awareness to soften and visualize the artwork clearly within your inner vision.

See yourself walking along a quiet forest path — a dense conifer forest on your left and right. The air is pure. The atmosphere is calm and alive.

At the end of the trail, a mountain begins to form before you — not of stone, but of rotating sacred pyramids, luminous symbols, and subtle portals of geometry. The structure rises with living intelligence.

Approach the mountain.

Place your palms upon it.
Gently rest your forehead against its surface.

Feel the mountain.
Embrace it.

A deep stillness settles through your body and energy field.
Your breath slows. Your mind clears. Your spine aligns.

From the base of the mountain, spirals of light begin rising — forming a great ascending current around the structure.

You begin to rise with them.

Allow yourself to move through the spirals — feeling their calibrated energy refining your field, activating your inner architecture.

Ascend effortlessly.

At the summit, a powerful Solar Presence radiates golden spirals of living light. The Sun transmits clarity, vitality, sovereignty.

Simultaneously, the spirals of the mountain rise through you.
Solar spirals of golden light descend into you.

You stand between Source and Manifestation — receiving both sacred streams in perfect harmony.

Whisper the Mantra inwardly seven times:

Through Spirit, I rise.
Through sacred alignment, I awaken.
Through living light, I expand.
Through Divine Presence, I embody freedom.

Remain at the summit as long as it feels natural — radiant, aligned, and sovereign in your inner sky.

3. Return to Presence

Gently allow the spirals to soften.

See yourself descending lightly, returning to the forest path, carrying the mountain’s strength and the Sun’s radiance within you.

Place both hands over your heart.

Take one deep, conscious breath.

Feel gratitude for the awakening of freedom within your own spirit.

Bow your head slightly — not to the artwork,
but to the sovereign presence awakened within you.

Open your eyes slowly and fully.

Carry this freedom through spirit into your day — grounded, luminous, and self-led.
